Boule Diagnostics – Number of shares and votes

The incentive programs for senior management and key individuals implemented during 2013 and 2014 entitles, through the exercise of options, the holders to subscribe for new shares in the company during the second half of 2017. In total, the incentive programs consist of 159,000 options which entitle the holders to one new share per option. 

During the month of November, a total of 37,000 shares have been issued through the exercise of the incentive programs’ options. There are 17,000 options that may still be exercised in the programs.

As of November 30, 2017, there are a total of 4,843,138 shares and votes in the company.

At year-end, there will be a total of 4,860,138 shares and votes in the company if the incentive programs’ options are fully exercised.
