Previous experience: More than 20 years of commercial experience in the medical technology and life sciences industries where he has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility, complexity, and geographic span. Most of his leadership experience stems from working for Danaher owned operating companies. Previous roles include Vice President for Orthodontics EMEA and Corporate Vice President for the Commercial Business System Office at Envista Corporation and President North America, Director of Sales Europe and Director of Global Marketing at Radiometer Medical.

Previous experience: More than 20 years of international experience in finance and operational leadership within life science, pharmaceuticals, medical technology and industry. Prior to joining Boule, Michael served as Interim CFO and Local Compliance Officer at Fresenius Kabi Sweden. He has previously held CFO roles in several listed companies, including Xspray Pharma AB, Prostatype Genomics AB, and Oasmia Pharmaceutical AB. His experience includes capital raises, IPO processes and strategic development initiatives.

Previous experience: Multidisciplinary background, built on more than 10 years of research in the field of analytical chemistry, and expanded joining the corporate first at Biotage AB, then at PerkinElmer Inc, in various positions spanning from inside sales and service to marketing manager and team leader both at regional and global level.

Previous experience: With over three decades of international business experience, Eduardo has a proven track record of revitalizing under-performing organizations and driving sustainable growth. As COO of Boule, Eduardo oversees operations across multiple countries, focusing on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and fostering a collaborative culture.
Born in Brazil and fluent in multiple languages, Eduardo has lived and worked in Brazil, the USA, Italy, Germany, England, Mexico, and the Netherlands, gaining invaluable global perspectives. His leadership style emphasizes clear goal setting, data-driven decision-making, and empowering teams to achieve success.

Education: PhD in Biochemistry, Lund University (Sweden)

Previous experience: Seasoned leader with a strong foundation in molecular biology and a proven track record of driving innovation in the medical diagnostics industry. Most recently, Eva served as Director of PMO at Cepheid, a global leader in molecular diagnostics and part of Danaher Corporation, where she led global cross-functional teams and managed complex product development portfolios—aligning global strategy with operational execution.

Education: PhD in Bioanalytical Chemistry from Florida International University.

Previous experience: More than 15 years of scientific and leadership experience in diagnostic and medical device industry. Lucy has been at Boule for more than 6 years working with cross functional teams resulting in successful launch of new hematology consumables achieved under compliance to ISO 13485 and FDA regulatory frameworks, and implementation of IVDR Class A documentation for existing products.

Prior to joining Boule, she worked at Davita Laboratories, the 25^th largest laboratory in Unites States where she held multiple positions within R&D and production settings focusing on water quality analysis for dialysis patients and development and validation of robust and novel chemistry assays using both atomic and molecular mass spectrometry.

Education: Master of Science from Queen’s University Belfast (N. Ireland); Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University (USA).

Previous experience: Mike brings over four decades of experience in clinical diagnostics, spanning R&D leadership, project management, quality, manufacturing, and strategic business development. He spent 17 years at Beckman Coulter within the Coulter Diagnostics Division, where he led cross-functional R&D initiatives in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams, ultimately serving as Senior Scientist and Project Manager. Since joining Clinical Diagnostics Solutions/Boule Medical in 2000, he has managed R&D, QC, and manufacturing functions and has been instrumental in driving Business-to-Business partnerships. Mike currently serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Born in Northern Ireland, he has lived in the USA, Jamaica, Wales, and Bermuda, bringing a broad international perspective to his leadership.
