Boule Diagnostics – Changes in Nomination Committee’s proposal for election of Board members 2023

The notice to Boule Diagnostics AB’s annual general meeting 2023 was announced in a press release on April 4, 2023. The press release presented the nomination committee’s proposal for the election of board members. The election committee has now been informed that Jon Risfelt declined re-election. The nomination committee does not intend to nominate any additional members, which is why the board is proposed to consist of five members.

The updated proposal for the 2023 AGM means that the nomination committee proposes the re-election of board members Karin Dahllöf, Thomas Eklund, Emil Hjalmarsson, Yvonne Mårtensson and Torben Jørgensen and that Torben Jørgensen is proposed as chairman of the board for the time until the next AGM.
