Chairman of Boule Diagnostics resigns

Following Boule’s former majority shareholder Siem Capital AB selling all of its shares in the company in December 2015, the Chairman of the Board, Lars-Olof Gustavsson, who was appointed as a Board member on the mandate of the former majority shareholder, notified the company yesterday that he was resigning as both the Chairman and as a Board member. A Board meeting was held yesterday, at which the Board member Peter von Ehrenheim was selected as the new Chairman until the Annual General Meeting.

The Board has also decided to call in Jon Risfelt to Boule’s Board of Directors until the Annual General Meeting. Jon Risfelt (born 1961) was the former CEO of companies such as Europolitan and Gambro Renal. Jon is the Chairman of the Board of Bisnode AB, Dialect AB and Smartfish AS, and a Board member of companies such as Bilia AB and Ticket Business Travel AB.
