Boule Diagnostics Enters Distribution Agreement with VitalScientific
Boule Diagnostics AB (publ), a global leader in Hematology solutions, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with VitalScientific for the US market. Under the terms of the agreement Boule Diagnostics will have exclusive rights to distribute VitalScientific’s comprehensive range of clinical chemistry analyzers and associated consumables throughout the United States. When fully implemented this agreement will add estimated sales of SEK 20M with an attractive margin.

The implementation of this exclusive distribution agreement will commence immediately, with both companies working closely to ensure a seamless transition and uninterrupted supply of products to the market. We expect the agreement to be fully implemented in the second half of 2025.
