I have worked at Boule R&D for almost 28 years and have experienced both ups and downs, but mostly ups thanks to qualified and result-oriented colleagues who work to create a good atmosphere and social well-being. Working in R&D means focusing on the customers’ needs, on results and on quality, as well as providing variety and development at an individual level.
